Service Plan Registration

We find most septic systems get forgotten, reducing their longevity and increasing the risk of backups. The recommended maintenance interval (pumping-out) for most systems is between 1 and 5 years. Registering with our database means worry free service at regular intervals, recommended by us and chosen by you.

Please use the form at right to register for the Total Septic Service Plan. Indicate the date for your next service and the frequency of service moving forward. Then, relax with absolute peace of mind! We’ll contact you within your maintenance window to find an exact date that works best. Service is provided from May 1st to October 30th. .

Bio-Desolve®

Bio-Desolve® is a natural additive that helps to ensure optimal functioning of your septic system year round. The recommended dosage is 2 litres of Bio-Desolve® every 6 months. We deliver year supplies (4lt) of Bio-Desolve® in May or November at a cost of $65 (+ tax), separately from your pump-out / inspection visit. You can use ½ right away, and in 6 months, we'll email you a reminder to maintain your system by simply pouring 2lt of Bio-Desolve® down a household drain or flushing it down the toilet.

Additional Information

Please include the approximate age of the home/installation, the location of the septic tank, the volume and type of treatment system, the date of the last inspection and pump-out, and any other details that may be helpful.
