Septic Service Plans
Did you know a new septic system costs $20,000 on average? We offer a worry free service plan where you pick the month and maintenance intervals and we take care of the rest. Enjoy peace of mind knowing that your septic will be visually inspected by professionals while your tank is pumped out at regular intervals. Service is provided from May 1st to October 30th. We transport waste to an approved treatment and processing facility. Safety is our priority—we obey all environmental laws and regulations to ensure that septic tank waste is responsibly processed and poses no environmental hazards.
Biologic System Treatments
We use locally manufactured Bio-Desolve® as our preferred septic system additive. Bio-Desolve® is 100% natural and environmentally friendly. It works by promoting bacterial growth. Healthy bacteria in your septic system becomes diminished by the cleaning products, bleaches and soaps we use in our every day lives. By increasing the bacteria in your system, Bio-Desolve® promotes the breakdown of solids which might block the system and lead to the formation of a bio-mat in your leaching bed, resulting in costly repairs. Using Bio-Desolve® promotes optimum septic system functioning and longevity.
Time of Sale Inspections
Buying or selling? Our real estate inspections gives peace of mind to all parties involved. We will be able to give you an honest and thorough assessment of a septic system and help you best understand what condition it is in. Once we clean the tank we inspect each of the crucial parts, and give recommendations for optimal functioning and servicing. Any required maintenance will be quoted at standard rates. A pump out and inspection should be done at the same time as a home inspection. Note that we cannot guarantee the life of a system because of the inability to monitor proper maintenance and care in the future.
